1. Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service in alignment with the client journey ceremony.
2. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
3. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, promoting diversity and inclusion.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
9. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in compliance with company guidelines.
10. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients in a luxury retail environment is required.
