1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales while delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Create a welcoming environment, meeting client needs and providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
4. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
5. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
7. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
9. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
10. Handle customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
11. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
12. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
