1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales while ensuring an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the 'client journey ceremony'.
4. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized client engagement.
5. Promote an Omni Channel mindset and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
9. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with operational guidelines.
11. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

1. Fluency in French and English, with Russian as a preferred additional language.
