1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

1. Passion for human relations and sales.
2. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
5. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category.

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
