1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively address customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Deep passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Fluency in spoken English

Experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
