- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a superior in-store experience.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
- Ensure safety and proper handling of products in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures.
- Organize and conduct product counts and stock-takes.
- Track product flow using the SAP system.
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Facilitate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries adhering to corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
