1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches, CRM, and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clientele.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for luxury fashion trends and understanding of the luxury retail market.
4. Fluency in German and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
