6. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Good command of English, with Mandarin as an advantage.
