1. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences to customers, embodying the brand's values and philosophy.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
7. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

1. Passion for human relations and sales.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
