1. Serve customers by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
