1. Deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitor activities.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with management as needed.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Strong passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Proven experience in building long-term client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category
7. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is essential.
