1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches, CRM, and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with line managers when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Passion for human relations and sales.
2. Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
7. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
