1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and cultivate client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to maintaining high security levels and prevent product theft.

1. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

1. Passion for human relations and sales.
2. Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
