1. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and be vigilant in preventing product theft.

4. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
8. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
