1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using individual approaches, CRM, and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for luxury fashion trends and an understanding of the luxury retail market.
4. Fluency in Dutch and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
