- Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the retail market.
Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
