1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English.

2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
3. Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the retail market.

Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
