1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with excellence.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
5. Handle customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to store security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for luxury fashion trends and understanding of the luxury retail market.
4. Fluency in Dutch and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
