2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.

9. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
