1. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
4. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.

6. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
7. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

10. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
11. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
12. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.
