Prada Cashier

- Execute cash handling operations accurately during store opening and closing, ensuring cash balance and equipment functionality.
- Issue domestic and international invoices and tax-free documents in compliance with legal regulations.
- Support customer interactions as needed, including handling deposits, returns, and issuing vouchers or credit notes.
- Accurately perform CITES-related procedures for applicable products.
- Monitor and manage credit card transactions and bank transfers, ensuring no discrepancies.
- Conduct daily cash register closure, print reports, and reconcile cash.
- Prepare and manage deposit slips and cash collection documents, ensuring proper handover and receipt management.
- Update and maintain the corporate customer database.
- Manage petty cash according to company policies, adhering to usage and amount restrictions.
- No specific educational requirements.
- Passion for fashion and affinity for the Prada brand.
- Experience in inventory management or cash handling is advantageous.
- Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel; familiarity with Vlookup and Pivot Tables is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring movement.
- Experience in luxury or fashion brand back-office operations or sales support is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
- Commitment to accuracy and a supportive mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking are advantageous.
- Comfortable with English, as systems are in English.
