1. Execute cash handling operations accurately during store opening and closing, ensuring cash balance and equipment functionality.
2. Issue domestic and international invoices and tax-free documents in compliance with legal regulations.
3. Support customer interactions as needed, including handling deposits, returns, and issuing vouchers or credit notes.
4. Accurately perform CITES-related procedures for applicable products.
5. Monitor and manage credit card transactions and bank transfers, ensuring no discrepancies.
6. Conduct daily cash register closure, print reports, and reconcile cash.
7. Prepare and manage deposit slips and cash collection documents, ensuring proper handover and receipt management.
8. Update and maintain the corporate customer database.
9. Manage petty cash according to company policies, adhering to usage and amount restrictions.

1. No specific educational requirements.
2. Passion for fashion and affinity for the Prada brand.
3. Experience in inventory management or cash handling is advantageous.
4. Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel; familiarity with Vlookup and Pivot Tables is a plus.
5. Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring movement.
6. Experience in luxury or fashion brand back-office operations or sales support is preferred.
7. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
8. Commitment to accuracy and a supportive mindset.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking are advantageous.
10. Comfortable with English, as systems are in English.
