Prada Assistant Visual Merchandiser

- Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and store interiors, tailoring them to individual store types and merchandise.
- Implement in-store merchandising strategies based on guidelines and design inputs, considering sales trends, market characteristics, and customer demographics.
- Address specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to align visual strategies with business needs.
- Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to select appropriate market-specific outfits based on stock availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
- Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising personnel.
- Assist the Communication Department with in-store events and press presentations as needed.
- Train store staff to maintain displays in accordance with corporate standards.
- More than 1 year of experience in visual merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
- International or regional experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Creative mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and independent, yet team-oriented
- Willingness to travel
