1. Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and store interiors, tailoring them to individual store types and merchandise.
2. Implement in-store merchandising strategies based on guidelines and design inputs, considering sales trends, market characteristics, and customer demographics.
3. Address specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size and inventory levels.
4. Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to align visual strategies with business needs.
5. Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to select appropriate market-specific outfits based on stock availability.
6. Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
7. Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising personnel.
8. Assist the Communication Department with in-store events and press presentations as needed.
9. Train store staff to maintain displays in accordance with corporate standards.

1. More than 1 year of experience in visual merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
2. International or regional experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
4. Fluency in English and Korean.
