Prada Assistant Store Manager

1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store targets.
2. Develop and implement business plans to enhance store profitability.
3. Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Represent the brand in the local market to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives to secure client loyalty and increase spending.
10. Promote a culture of private appointments.
11. Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment through effective communication.
12. Ensure the team is well-informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
13. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
15. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to attract clients.
16. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback based on store needs.
17. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
18. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
19. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.
