Prada Assistant Store Director

- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities, and communicate insights to the sales team.
- Uphold the corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standards.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand quality standards.
- Promote customer loyalty and foster strong client relationships.
- Encourage a client-centric mindset within the team.
- Assist the Store Manager in cultivating an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment through effective communication and organization.
- Facilitate staff professional development and training in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure seamless cooperation between front and back office operations.
- Maintain store image and product care in accordance with corporate standards, ensuring staff accountability.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are beneficial.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentives. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
