1. Manage and coordinate the creative concept tender and production for window displays in alignment with company guidelines and creative direction, supporting the Head of Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing.
2. Oversee the creative concept tender and production for store displays, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and creative direction.
3. Supervise prototyping, production, and installation activities, maintaining direct interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
4. Coordinate the production, distribution, and installation of visual tools for new advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Oversee the technical development, prototyping, and production verification of new visual props and packaging with external suppliers.
6. Coordinate wholesale personalization requests and special projects, including images and bespoke props.
7. Manage the creation, development, and distribution of business-to-business and business-to-consumer gifts.
8. Contribute to the development of special projects such as window takeovers, pop-up store designs, special setups, and product presentations.

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design or Architecture.
2. Six years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or fashion industry.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Rhinoceros/SketchUp, Adobe Programs (mainly Photoshop and Illustrator), and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong interest in and passion for luxury goods, particularly jewelry.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a fast learner.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external suppliers.
7. Experience in an international work environment.

Six years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or fashion industry.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design or Architecture.
