Pomellato Training Manager

1. Develop and execute training priorities and calendar for the Americas in collaboration with the Leadership team and HQ.
2. Measure program success through KPIs and metrics, and implement improvements based on insights.
3. Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of training programs.
4. Assess regional and store-specific needs to lead training in brand ambassadorship, storytelling, client journey, styling, and product strategies.
5. Establish and execute a development strategy to enhance retail employees' skills, knowledge, and abilities.
6. Partner with retail managers to support store teams in achieving their goals through tailored training initiatives.
7. Ensure consistent training across the region by supporting and following up with each store/channel.
8. Disseminate training information to teams, ensuring content relevance and execution oversight.
9. Travel within the region to ensure training consistency.
10. Build and facilitate onboarding programs for all employees, both in-person and virtually.
11. Conduct regular training needs analysis and review regional requirements.
12. Monitor the usage of company-provided learning tools.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position preferred.
2. Proven track record of executing successful training programs.
3. Understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
4. Knowledge of luxury jewelry and gemstones.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

At least 5 years in a training role, with a minimum of 3 years at a managerial level preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
