- Develop and execute training priorities and calendar for the Americas in collaboration with the Leadership team and HQ.
- Measure program success through KPIs and metrics, and implement improvements based on insights.
- Participate in the creation and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Assess regional and store-specific needs to lead training in brand ambassadorship, storytelling, client journey, styling, and product strategies.
- Establish and execute a development strategy to enhance retail employees' skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Partner with retail managers to support store teams in achieving their goals through tailored training initiatives.
- Ensure consistent training across the region by supporting and following up with each store/channel.
- Disseminate training information to teams, ensuring content relevance and execution oversight.
- Travel within the region to ensure training consistency.
- Build and facilitate onboarding programs for all employees, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis and review regional requirements.
- Monitor the usage of company-provided learning tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position preferred.
- Proven track record of executing successful training programs.
- Understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
- Knowledge of luxury jewelry and gemstones.
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Open-minded, inspiring, adaptable, energetic, and passionate.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Team-oriented with flexibility, courteous manners, and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, with strong graphic skills and attention to detail.
At least 5 years in a training role, with a minimum of 3 years at a managerial level preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
