1. Coordinate sales landing projections by channel and region, ensuring alignment with sales and finance teams.
2. Conduct merchandise planning by channel and update and analyze collections.
3. Oversee the end-to-end packaging process, including supplier coordination, inventory allocation, distribution planning, and tracking of production and scheduled deliveries.
4. Assist in generating reports, analysis, and KPIs to support supply chain decision-making processes.
5. Update and analyze Open to Buy, including report preparation and presentation.
6. Elaborate on production needs for permanent and new collections.
7. Manage the forecasting process for new collections with sales merchandising, monitor weekly canvass, and track sales post-launch.
8. Contribute to improving service levels by optimizing inventory allocation and distribution while tracking and prioritizing production deliveries to minimize out-of-stock situations.
9. Liaise regularly with brand stakeholders, including sales merchandising, product marketing, and retail and wholesale operations, to collect inputs influencing demand behavior.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain-related subjects

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Hands-on approach with flexibility and teamwork orientation
4. Methodical, humble, and eager to learn
5. Fluency in English; Italian is advantageous
