- Drive sales and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of client interaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to exceed targets.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and expense management.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network to enhance market presence.
- Address customer complaints effectively in line with store policy.
- Collaborate with corporate office to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation.
- Report theft or suspicious activities promptly to appropriate authorities.
- Oversee employee transactions and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Conduct staff meetings, audits, and training sessions to uphold company standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
- Partner with HR for employee performance reviews and talent management.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, approving time-off requests as per policy.
- 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury sector preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client and management interaction.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

3-5 years of experience in retail supervision, preferably in the luxury sector.
