1. Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
2. Deliver exceptional luxury customer service, fostering customer relationships and loyalty.

4. Support boutique operations, maintaining top-quality standards in all aspects.
5. Adhere to company compliance, conducting regular stock checks and assisting in annual stock takes.

1. Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred.
2. Immediate availability is preferred.

1. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
