1. Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
2. Deliver luxury customer service and build customer relationships and loyalty.
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution to the satisfaction of both customers and the company.
4. Support boutique operations, maintaining top quality in all aspects.
5. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual stock takes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

1. Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred.
2. Immediate availability is preferred.
