- Drive retail sales by effectively selling merchandise.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets set by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Maintain awareness of product information and inventory.
- Accurately process sales transactions and manage cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling.
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Ensure the store is orderly and adhere to presentation standards for jewelry.
- Coordinate merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
- Assist in merchandise processing, replenishment, and floor stock monitoring.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Manage deliveries, including lifting and stocking merchandise.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Participate in inventory management through cycle counts and semi-annual audits.
- Report any theft or suspected theft to appropriate parties immediately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Experience in building lasting relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adaptability to changing customer and business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and build strong client relationships.
The base salary range for this position is estimated between $25.00 USD to $30.00 USD per hour, subject to factors such as experience, skill set, and geographic location.
