- Actively participate in the Americas leadership team to define strategic and tactical initiatives in alignment with Operations HQ guidelines.
- Maximize operational efficiency and productivity through comprehensive process analysis and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to evaluate company efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate and implement new directives, policies, or procedures to management and staff.
- Lead logistics and operations teams with a focus on strategic operational goals, ensuring adherence to financial targets and budget constraints.
- Establish and maintain effective policies for inventory tracking and after-sales services.
- Coordinate with Customs Representatives for import, VAT, and duties on shipments from HQ in Italy.
- Manage 3PL warehouse operations, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Oversee relationships with couriers and freight partners, negotiating rates and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Supervise, train, and motivate customer service specialists to achieve performance goals and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance service quality and efficiency, working closely with sales, HQ, and product teams.
- Degree in engineering or proven experience in operations/supply chain roles.
- Previous successful team management experience.
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Proficiency in ERPs and WMS.
- Knowledge of retail front-end and back-end systems.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in data analysis using Excel.
- Operational agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in foreign languages such as Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
Proven experience in operations or supply chain roles, with a successful track record in team management.
Degree in engineering or related field.
A competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000 per year, subject to geographic differentials and other factors.
