Pomellato Logistics Intern

1. Support the Logistics Coordinator in day-to-day management of end-to-end logistics for marketing materials, BTL items, packaging and store fixtures.
2. Assist with inbound warehouse activities, stock receipt, storage and preparation for distribution to global retail locations.
3. Contribute to planning and execution of international transportation and customs procedures to ensure timely shipments.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, retail, merchandising) to align timelines, inventory needs and packaging requirements.
5. Liaise with external logistics providers and freight forwarders to monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
6. Maintain logistics records and data, support reporting, and assist with inventory reconciliation and process documentation.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise distribution workflows and reduce lead times.

1. Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
2. Solid organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficiency with computer tools for data handling and logistics tracking; willingness to learn logistics software and warehouse systems.
4. Good English communication skills are a plus.
5. Proactive, team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a closely related field.
