1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including commercial, service, real estate, marketing, PR, communication, IT, and technology agreements.
2. Support the Compliance Officer in implementing and monitoring the compliance program, managing the whistleblowing system, and overseeing the 231 Organizational Model.
3. Collaborate with the Privacy Coordinator to ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to internal data protection policies.

1. At least 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
2. Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation.
3. Solid knowledge of compliance and privacy regulations.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
6. Precision, proactivity, and strong business orientation.
7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
