1. Design and implement projects to reduce lead time and enhance production KPIs.
2. Drive and support continuous improvement processes.
3. Conduct analysis of times and methods.
4. Optimize current technical processes.
5. Implement process automation projects.
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all organizational levels.

1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies.
2. Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Engineering.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Knowledge of Lean methodology in manufacturing environments.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Teamwork and communication skills.
4. Training and coaching capabilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and business management systems.

2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within structured companies.

Master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Engineering.
