1. Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews for markets in Germany, Italy, and France.
2. Assist in CV screening and candidate shortlisting.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain employee records.
6. Assist with onboarding documentation and internal HR processes.
7. Support daily HR administrative activities.
8. Collaborate with the HR Learning team on internal communications and learning initiatives.
9. Organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs.
10. Support employer branding initiatives and cross-functional HR projects.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Fluency in German and English, with proficiency in French and Italian considered an asset.
