Pomellato CRM & Clienteling Intern

- Support regular monitoring and reporting of CRM KPIs, segmentation performance and clienteling activity; consolidate weekly and monthly reports and surface actionable insights.
- Assist analysis of campaign results and prepare recommendations for market and commercial stakeholders to optimise CRM performance.
- Coordinate the One-to-One / One-to-Many (O2O/O2M) calendar and ensure timely alignment and delivery of materials across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage asset coordination with agencies and suppliers, including layout checks, translations, approvals and feedback consolidation.
- Create brand‑aligned presentations and visual storytelling to translate data and qualitative inputs into concise management reporting.
- Support daily administration and quality control of the Salesforce clienteling app: data checks, contact updates, KPI monitoring, asset uploads and store feedback collection.
- Facilitate adoption and troubleshooting of clienteling workflows by liaising with retail teams, internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Economics, Communications or a related field (curricular internship required).
- Previous professional experience or internship within luxury jewellery, accessories or high-end retail is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Italian.

Internship-level experience is acceptable; prior exposure to CRM, clienteling or marketing activities within high-end jewellery or accessories brands is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Enrolment in a university programme in Marketing, Economics, Communications or a related discipline (curricular internship).
