- Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and KPIs, dedicating significant time to the shop floor with the sales team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping results.
- Continuously coach sales teams on delivering extraordinary service and selling skills to create a unique shopping experience.
- Resolve client concerns and disputes, ensuring client satisfaction is prioritized.
- Ensure ethical behavior and integrity of the store team towards clients.
- Facilitate training participation for store teams to enhance knowledge on collections, selling techniques, brand stories, and security.
- Collaborate with sales trainers on training implementation and follow-up.
- Proactively recruit new customers and create events to generate business opportunities, engaging sales teams in social events.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients both in-store and externally.
- Implement client database activities in line with marketing guidelines.
- Oversee the maintenance, appearance, and safety of the store, addressing maintenance issues as per guidelines.
- Ensure proper functioning of the store in terms of product assortment and visual merchandising, monitoring stock and adhering to display guidelines.
- Maintain sales teams' grooming standards.
- Efficiently manage store stock according to KPIs.
- Supervise After Sales Service activities and requests.
- Possess strong knowledge of the market, including competition, events, products, and pricing.
- Maintain awareness of brand locations, events, and marketing activities relevant to the store's environment.
- Strong experience in a similar position within a customer service-focused luxury environment.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
