Pomellato Commercial Operations Manager

1. Oversee daily product availability and inventory levels for Mexico boutiques; coordinate inter‑store transfers to optimise stock distribution.
2. Enter and manage retail and wholesale orders in the ERP; provide first‑line support for POS and CRM issues at boutique level.
3. Manage product repair workflow: intake review, quality control, cost validation and approval, and coordination with local repair labs.
4. Act as the principal operational liaison between Regional HQ, shipping brokers, Finance, boutique teams and external vendors.
5. Support monthly inventory counts, Return‑to‑Vendor (RTV) processing and the preparation of sales and sell‑out reporting.
6. Coordinate store repairs and maintenance requests, vendor access, and on‑site logistics for boutique events and marketing material replenishment.
7. Deliver customer service to wholesale partners across Mexico and LATAM: respond to availability requests, enter orders, track sell‑through and assist with invoicing and documentation.
8. Perform regular sales performance analysis to monitor progress toward monthly targets and support annual incentive programme administration.

1. Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
2. Demonstrated excellence in internal and external customer service and stakeholder management.
3. Highly organised, proactive self‑starter able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
4. Strong problem‑solving orientation with attention to operational detail.
5. Previous exposure to ERP systems and retail platforms (experience with Cegid is preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations, wholesale administration or logistics within luxury goods or fashion; demonstrable experience managing ERP order flows, inventory and cross‑functional coordination is expected.

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
