Pomellato Collection Merchandising Coordinator

- Contribute to defining product strategy in alignment with the brand's image and business objectives.
- Manage the product portfolio and oversee the product life cycle.
- Support the creation of creative briefs.
- Coordinate the product development process with relevant stakeholders from brief to market phase, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Manage all product data and ensure accuracy on internal tools.
- Provide weekly and ad hoc product performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct monthly competitor and trend analysis with key insights.
- Perform pricing analysis to ensure consistency and profitability.
- Create ad hoc documents on new collections, product compatibility, pricing, and training tools for the sales department.
- Support the brand team in content creation, visuals, and events, ensuring proper product selection according to product strategy, stock levels, and high-potential investment items.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar fields; a major in Merchandising is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for the jewelry sector with proven experience in the field.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities and numerical aptitude.
- Understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and current trends.
- Flexibility, positivity, and a proactive, open-minded attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the jewelry or luxury fashion industry.
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
