1. Contribute to defining product strategy in alignment with the brand's image and business objectives.
2. Manage the product portfolio and oversee the product life cycle.
3. Support the creation of creative briefs.
4. Coordinate the product development process with relevant stakeholders from brief to market phase, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
5. Manage all product data and ensure accuracy on internal tools.
6. Provide weekly and ad hoc product performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
7. Conduct monthly competitor and trend analysis with key insights.
8. Perform pricing analysis to ensure consistency and profitability.
9. Create ad hoc documents on new collections, product compatibility, pricing, and training tools for the sales department.
10. Support the brand team in content creation, visuals, and events, ensuring proper product selection according to product strategy, stock levels, and high-potential investment items.

1. Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar fields; a major in Merchandising is a plus.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Passion for the jewelry sector with proven experience in the field.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical capabilities and numerical aptitude.
4. Understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and current trends.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the jewelry or luxury fashion industry.

Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
