1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting DoDo's values and philosophy.
2. Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
3. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
4. Contribute to achieving boutique goals through teamwork and adherence to KPIs.
5. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
6. Adhere to DoDo's grooming standards and policies.
7. Develop long-term customer relationships using CRM tools to promote brand loyalty.
8. Support customers in product selection and enhance their knowledge of DoDo's offerings.

1. Proven experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail.
2. Passion for the DoDo brand.
3. Strong clienteling skills.
4. Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
5. Ability to work with a diverse client base.

2. Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
3. Product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
4. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Previous experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail is required.
