1. Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
2. Act as a brand ambassador to develop and recruit clients, promoting the brand's values and philosophy.
3. Maximize sales through effective client engagement and service.
4. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

1. 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment.
2. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal sensitivity.
2. Excellent negotiation skills.
3. Customer-oriented with an entrepreneurial attitude.
4. Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

1-5 years of experience in a customer service-focused environment, preferably in luxury retail.
