Pomellato Client Advisor

1. Deliver personalized, professional client service throughout the customer journey to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Act as a brand ambassador who communicates Pomellato’s values, aesthetic and product knowledge to existing and prospective clients.
3. Identify client needs and propose appropriate product solutions to drive sales and meet boutique targets.
4. Develop and recruit new clientele through proactive prospecting and relationship-building activities.
5. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications to nurture long-term relationships.
6. Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a cohesive customer experience and support visual merchandising and store operations as required.

1. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
2. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal sensitivity and negotiation skills.
3. Strong focus on customer needs, discretion and high ethical standards.
4. Entrepreneurial, proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a team spirit.

Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery or client-facing sales is preferred; demonstrable track record in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets will be advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in sales, retail or hospitality is desirable.
