- Develop and implement strategies for daily boutique operations and management.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Attract new customers and enhance public relations to maximize sales.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to establish and execute action plans.
- Monitor the local trading environment and its impact on sales.
- Coordinate in-store and promotional events with the marketing team.
- Ensure the boutique maintains a premium brand image through smooth service execution.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent to meet business needs.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive boutique database through CRM systems.
- Expand the High Jewelry VIP clientele with support from the commercial team.
- Ensure safety and security of stock and personnel.
- Regularly assess merchandise assortment to align with market needs.
- Manage inventory levels to reflect sales and customer demands.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to enhance brand image and sales.
- Oversee store operations including payroll, billing, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the luxury industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
