- Drive sales performance and achieve store sales and KPI targets set by Senior Management.
- Motivate and develop the team to enhance the client experience and build strong client relationships.
- Oversee all store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and expense control, to ensure maximum profitability.
- Uphold store standards in alignment with corporate policies and manage inventory and pricing.
- Ensure policy compliance and evaluate performance while recruiting and developing talent.
- Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams on market-relevant initiatives and community outreach opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and store teams, available for urgent matters.
- 5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Team-oriented leader with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Customer service expert with a client-first mindset.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proactive self-starter with strong initiative.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
