1. Drive sales performance and achieve store sales and KPI targets set by Senior Management.
2. Motivate and develop the team to enhance the client experience and build strong client relationships.
3. Oversee all store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and expense control, to ensure maximum profitability.
4. Uphold store standards in alignment with corporate policies and manage inventory and pricing.
5. Ensure policy compliance and evaluate performance while recruiting and developing talent.
6. Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams on market-relevant initiatives and community outreach opportunities.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and store teams, available for urgent matters.

1. 5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Team-oriented leader with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
3. Customer service expert with a client-first mindset.
4. Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
5. Proactive self-starter with strong initiative.
6. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Spanish language skills are a plus.

5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
