1. Drive sales performance and achieve store sales and KPI targets.
2. Motivate and develop the team to enhance client relationships and elevate the client experience.
3. Oversee all store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and expense control.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain store standards.
5. Provide market insights to support business decisions and collaborate with merchandising for optimal stock levels.
6. Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
7. Collaborate with marketing to identify community outreach opportunities and implement market-relevant initiatives.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and store teams, addressing urgent matters as needed.

1. 5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
3. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
4. Expertise in customer service with a client-first mindset.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
7. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Spanish language skills are advantageous.

5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
