- Drive sales performance and achieve store sales and KPI targets.
- Motivate and develop the team to enhance client relationships and elevate the client experience.
- Oversee all store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain store standards.
- Provide market insights to support business decisions and collaborate with merchandising for optimal stock levels.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify community outreach opportunities and implement market-relevant initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and store teams, addressing urgent matters as needed.
- 5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Expertise in customer service with a client-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Spanish language skills are advantageous.
5–8 years of retail supervisory experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
