- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition and structured clienteling.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, managing CRM records and personalised follow‑up.
- Deliver expert consultations on Piaget watches and high jewellery, advising clients on technical details, provenance and styling.
- Provide after‑sales support, including coordination of repairs, servicing and warranty processes.
- Uphold visual merchandising and presentation standards within the Shinsegae Centum concession to reflect brand heritage.
- Support stock management and inventory controls, including receiving, tagging and secure storage procedures.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff; contribute to team training and share product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with POS, cash handling and loss‑prevention procedures; represent the brand at in‑store events.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with strong clienteling ability.
- Deep interest in or knowledge of watches and jewellery; product training or certifications desirable.
- Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays; reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable handling high‑value merchandise and following strict security protocols.
