1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition and structured clienteling.
2. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, managing CRM records and personalised follow‑up.
3. Deliver expert consultations on Piaget watches and high jewellery, advising clients on technical details, provenance and styling.
4. Provide after‑sales support, including coordination of repairs, servicing and warranty processes.
5. Uphold visual merchandising and presentation standards within the Shinsegae Centum concession to reflect brand heritage.
6. Support stock management and inventory controls, including receiving, tagging and secure storage procedures.
7. Mentor and coach junior sales staff; contribute to team training and share product knowledge.
8. Ensure compliance with POS, cash handling and loss‑prevention procedures; represent the brand at in‑store events.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail sales with strong clienteling ability.
2. Deep interest in or knowledge of watches and jewellery; product training or certifications desirable.
3. Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays; reliable and punctual.
5. Comfortable handling high‑value merchandise and following strict security protocols.
