Piaget Sales Staff (Boutique)

- Deliver high‑level client service and bespoke advice to prospective and returning customers, with a focus on watches and high jewellery.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and personalized after‑sales service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and upselling of collections and services.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window displays and product presentation in accordance with Piaget brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage POS and CRM entries, and handle cash and card payments in compliance with store procedures.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and periodic stocktakes; report discrepancies and assist with loss‑prevention measures.
- Participate in store events, private viewings and promotional activities; collaborate with the boutique team and store management to deliver flawless execution.
- Uphold brand etiquette, product knowledge and compliance with local retail regulations and store policies.
- Business‑level Japanese communication skills and polished interpersonal manner.
- Proven ability to deliver luxury client service with discretion and attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and sales administration.
- Professional presentation and adherence to Piaget’s grooming and brand standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak sale periods.
- Clienteling and relationship management
- Consultative selling techniques for luxury goods
- Product knowledge of watches and fine jewellery (or rapid ability to learn)
- Point of sale (POS) and CRM system operation
- Visual merchandising and display execution
- Stock control, receiving procedures and loss‑prevention practices
- Fluent Japanese communication (verbal and written)
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury watches or jewellery is strongly preferred. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat client business is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury sales is desirable.
