Piaget Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service aligned with Piaget’s luxury standards; build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling).
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and persuasive product demonstrations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across Piaget’s watch and jewellery collections and communicate technical and stylistic details confidently to clients.
- Manage the full sales process including prospecting, client appointments, sales closing, after‑sales follow-up and retention activities.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately; ensure correct transaction handling, inventory checks and record keeping.
- Execute in‑store visual merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Coordinate with boutique management and regional teams on events, VIP client experiences and product launches.
- Adhere to security, compliance and luxury retail policies including client confidentiality and loss prevention procedures.
- Secondary school diploma; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience, preferably within luxury watches, high jewellery or premium fashion boutiques.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing repeat clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent a high-end heritage brand in client interactions.
- Language competencies preferred: fluent Mandarin and professional proficiency in English.

At least 2 years of frontline retail experience in a luxury environment, ideally with direct exposure to watches or high jewellery and a demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and cultivating high‑value clients.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
