1. Deliver an exemplary, personalised client experience consistent with Piaget’s luxury brand standards.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition and clienteling.
3. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships using tailored follow‑up, appointment management and CRM tools.
4. Present and demonstrate watches and jewellery with expert product knowledge and high‑impact selling techniques.
5. Maintain boutique visual merchandising, housekeeping and inventory controls to preserve the brand environment.
6. Operate point‑of‑sale systems, perform accurate cash and card transactions and manage after‑sales service queries.
7. Support boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, collaborating closely with the store leadership and regional teams.
8. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, loss prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
