- Design and implement the global visual merchandising strategy to ensure brand consistency across all regions and points of sale.
- Collaborate with Brand Direction to define seasonal visual concepts.
- Develop guidelines, planograms, and activation strategies for launches and permanent installations.
- Oversee visual merchandising projects from concept to rollout, ensuring quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
- Build strong relationships with regional teams and key partners.
- Identify trends and creative opportunities to elevate the brand within luxury retail.
- Map the customer journey in-store, designing engaging and emotional touchpoints.
- Create immersive experiences that connect with brand values and foster customer loyalty.
- Design point-of-sale elements, combining functionality and aesthetics.
- Innovate rituals, events, workshops, and seasonal activations to maximize impact.
- Conceptualize premium packaging and special editions to reinforce brand storytelling.
- Over 8 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury sector, ideally with global exposure.
- Experience across various retail formats including free-standing stores, department stores, corners, and pop-ups.
- Strong knowledge in graphic design, point-of-sale materials, and production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and preferably 3DS Max.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Deep understanding of retail trends and customer experience.
